Lower deck forward

 

Aft of the first watertight bulkhead is the main crew accommodation. There are 3

bunk bed cabins, accommodating 2 crew each, a crew mess that can seat 9 in

turns, a laundry section and a large fridge.

 

Next there are 4 guest cabins, 3 doubles and 1 twin all with wardrobes and en suite

bathrooms. All are fitted with Sharp LCD TV’s, Pioneer DVD/CD players and

Pioneer receivers. All electronic equipment is controlled by Crestron touch panel.

 

A watertight, insulated bulkhead separates the engine room from the

accommodation. Aft of the control room is the engine room housing the twin

engines. There is a work bench in the engine room. Aft of the engine room is the

tender garage housing Castoldi 620 jet, Novurania 550, jet skis and diving

equipment.

 

 

Main deck from forward

 

The foredeck has 2 anchor winches and a fore peak containing an ice machine and

2 freezers, the central vacuum filter and space for storage of fenders and lines. A

watertight deck hatch leads down to the chain store and stowage for fenders and

lines.

 

Aft to the foredeck is the TV Room fitted with a Pioneer HDE large screen TV,

DVD/CD player and a digital receiver all controlled with a Crestron touch panel. Aft

and starboard to the TV room is the VIP double cabin with ensuite bathroom. Aft

and port to the TV room is the Engineer/First mate twin bunk bed cabin with en

suite shower room. Further aft and port is the Galley and pantry. Aft of this is the

main salon and dining room. The main salon is equipped with a bar and

entertainment system including, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player connected to an

iPod and a comfortable sitting area. The dining table is equipped for seating 10.

 

Walking aft through the electric sliding doors leads out onto the aft deck with a sofa

a three coffee tables with stairs leading to the swim platform or access to the

passarelle. There are also steps leading up to the dining deck.

 

 

Bridge deck forward

 

Wheelhouse:                       In front of the wheel house is a large seating area with 2 large sunbeds. Aft is the wheelhouse with the very latest sophisticated navigation, communication

and meteorological equipment plus engine monitoring instruments. The captains cabin is immediately aft and starboard of the wheelhouse with an office.

 

Owners cabin:                     Aft of the wheelhouse is the entrance to the owners office which has a spacious desk as well as a lot of cupboard and shelf space. Further aft is the owner’s double cabin and twin bathroom. The owner’s cabin is also fitted with a state of the art entertainment system including DVD/CD player, large screen TV and surround sound. There is also an electronic safe in the owner’s cabin.

 

Dining deck:                        Walking through the sliding doors of the owners cabin is the dining deck with teak table that

can seat 12 guests.

 

 

Upper deck/flybridge

 

Stairs from the dining deck lead to the upper deck where there are sunbeds and a

jacuzzi aft of the upper deck. Foreward from the jacuzzi is a well-equipped gym

complete with Technogym equipment:  Multi gym – RADIANT INCLUSIVE, BANC

LOMBAIRES bench, Cross Trainer – SYNCHRO EXCITE VisioWeb, 2 ajustable

benches, set of handles, bars. There is plenty of storage for other gym equipment

such as pilates balls and free weights. The gym is enclosed from the foreward

upper deck by electric sliding doors. The foreward upper deck makes for a

comfortable seating area with excellent visibility and maximum comfort.

Entertainment equipment:

 

General:                                The system is based on local equipment for audio and video. In all guest areas there will be a Receiver with a DVD/CD player and a satellite receiver. This equipment is controllable from a wireless Crestron colour touch screen.

 

Connected areas such as bathrooms or aft decks will be connected to the main system. In some areas only the main source plays in the connected sub-zone. In other areas any source from the main area can be independently selected. In all sub-zones the volume is independently selected.

 

There is a satellite and terrestrial receiving system on the yacht. Reception is via 2 Sea Tel marine stabilized 1 meter systems. For the terrestrial reception there is a Naval omni directional TV antenna in combination with a Celwave whip for radio. Distribution is by Naval and Spaun amplifiers and splitters over a high quality 75 ohm coax cable.

 

Guest cabins:                      Every guest cabin is fitted with a Sharp 32’ LCD TV (except owners cabin bigger TV), Pioneer DVD/CD player, Pioneer receiver and Crestron control touch panel. Surround sound system installed.

 

Crew cabins/mess:            Every crew cabin is fitted with Philips CD/Receiver MP3 player. The crewmess has a SONY LCD TV, Pioneer receiver, Pioneer DVD/CD player, Samsung digital satellite receiver and sky digital satellite reveiver. Laundry has speakers connected to crewmess with independent volume control.
