Maiora 30 M Walkaround 2022 for sale is built in the shipyard in Viareggio. The new Walkaround Semi-displacement will be ready for delivery in March/April 2024. The layout is a five guest cabins with the master stateroom on the Main deck. The internal volumes and external areas are comparable to a Superyacht of 35 metres/115 feet.
The Master Stateroom forward on the main deck allows to enjoy a spectacular sea view even when in bed. The master cabin has a large bathroom with double sinks. Her Queen size bed cabin has a comfortable Vanity desk or a desk if necessary. On the lower deck, the 4-cabin layout Maiora has 2 VIP and 2 twin guest cabins complete with generous bathrooms and wardrobes with plenty of space.
The innovative “walk-around” solution for the flybridge is a completely open and accessible all-around deck. The helm station completely redundant in the controls with the internal helm station in the pilot house one, almost in the center of the ship. Leaving the entire surface of the deck for the use by the owner and guests can enjoy the incredible flybridge surface of about 110 square meters. The flybridge also has a beautiful custom-built bar furniture and dining table for 10 people. The flybridge has a large and comfortable hard top.

The new Maiora has the bow area with sunbed and while still guaranteeing privacy and comfort for guests who wish to enjoy a more reserved area but always in the sun.
The motoryacht MAIORA 30 M model have a side-launching garage and fibreglass settees on the transom to enjoy the aft area at anchor.
The new MAIORA 30 WALK-AROUND has two electric diesel generators of 45 KW each. The motoryacht is powered by twin 2000 Hp MTU Diesel engines. She can reach a maximum speed of 19 knots and 14 knots cruising.
