- All woods in all areas replaced with brand new.
- All teak in all areas replaced.
- Customization to a 6 cabin yacht.
- Huge Master on main deck.
- 5 cabins on the lower deck.
- All inverters brand new.
- New genenators 2X 55kw Kolher common rail
- Extended W5 done in 2021 at 2.3K hours (more than 500K invested by the owner, to the official dealer of MTU Greece).
- Since then (3 seasons ago) yacht has done 1K hours approx with a lot of”stand by” hours during charters.
- All equipment on the yacht on high end standards.
- No works to be done after he sale in any aspect (technical or cosmetical).
