Versilcraft 138′
The scope of this document, as well that of the attached General Plan, is to describe any technical characteristic regarding the 138′ Motor Yacht which from this point and on in this specification we will simply name “Yacht” – classification society “C.S.”
ln case of discrepancy among drawings and written specification, the spirit, the intent and contents of this technical Specification will prevail.
The term “or” used in this document shows that it is possible to use alternative products, which will be interpreted as “alternative to what is stated in the specification”.
With the exception of the products stated by the “Owner”, the “Builder” will provide ail equipment necessary for the correct functioning of the yacht.
The yacht will be made according to the Technical Specification and the relative attached drawings. The “Owner” reserves to itself the right to introduce changes during the building of the yacht.
If other plants, materials or construction methods prove to be more efficient, compared to those reported in this Specification, they may be adopted.
ln case of supply problems, and/or Class Register requests, other plants, materials, products or construction methods comparable to those reported in this Specification may be adopted.
The warranty will be taken into account in accordance with the contract of the yacht.
